7.1 Service Providers & Sub-processors

If you are not satisfied with no1ji's response to a data subject request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

The no1ji platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming activities in the Philippines. no1ji does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 21 has accessed or registered on the no1ji platform, please contact us immediately at the details in Section 15. We will investigate and take prompt action to remove any data relating to the minor.

Some of no1ji's third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure providers, game suppliers, and technical support partners — may be located outside the Philippines. no1ji reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or our data processing practices. When material changes are made, no1ji will notify registered players by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will be revised each time an amendment is made.
