no1ji Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and any associated policies published by no1ji:

• "no1ji", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to no1ji, the online casino and sports betting platform operating at no1ji.net, together with its owners, operators, directors, employees, and authorised agents.
• "Player", "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the no1ji platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered user account on the no1ji platform, created and maintained in accordance with these Terms.
• "Services" means all games, sports betting markets, promotions, live casino, bingo, slots, fishing games, and any other product offered through the no1ji platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit funds credited to a Player's account pursuant to a promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player from their own payment source, net of any withdrawals and gameplay settlements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under Philippine regulatory obligations.

By accessing the no1ji website, creating an Account, or using any of the Services offered on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with no1ji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and no1ji with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

no1ji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

Access to and use of the no1ji platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming activities in the Philippines.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of no1ji or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processing partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the no1ji platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in this Section. no1ji accepts no liability for losses suffered by a Player who has misrepresented their eligibility.

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full suite of no1ji Services, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address within the Philippines, valid email address, and a contact number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the no1ji platform. The registration or operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. no1ji employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts may be permanently closed and any associated balances forfeited.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and anti-money laundering obligations, no1ji may require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before deposits, withdrawals, or participation in certain promotions are permitted. Acceptable verification documents include, but are not limited to:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys ID)
• Passport (Philippine or foreign)
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• UMID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID
• Recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address (not older than 90 days)

no1ji reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending successful completion of KYC verification. Delays in submitting required documentation may result in temporary account restrictions.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. no1ji will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. All activity conducted under your Account login is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify no1ji immediately.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

no1ji currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (over-the-counter), USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. no1ji does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific payment channel.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on no1ji is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. no1ji does not charge fees on standard GCash and Maya deposits; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees, for which no1ji accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed as promptly as possible. For GCash and Maya withdrawals from fully verified accounts, processing typically occurs within the same session or within a few hours during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are subject to interbank clearing schedules and may take one to three business days. Withdrawal processing times are estimates and not guarantees; no1ji accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. no1ji reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual in value or frequency.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on no1ji are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency deposit channels. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting, as determined by no1ji's treasury processes.

no1ji periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above who hold a verified no1ji Account, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a Player's account separately from their Real Money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements — typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period. Any unconverted Bonus Funds remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• no1ji reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting strategies designed specifically to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play — may result in bonus forfeiture and account restrictions.

All bets and wagers placed on the no1ji platform are subject to the following general betting rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. no1ji does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system, except where a manifest error has occurred.
• no1ji reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been subject to irregular betting patterns, match-fixing allegations, or where the outcome was known prior to the bet being placed.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or communication failure that results in an incorrect odds display or erroneous bet acceptance, no1ji reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players.
• Maximum payout limits apply on all sports betting markets and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Winnings exceeding applicable maximum payout limits will be adjusted to the stated cap.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) provided by licensed game suppliers. no1ji does not interfere with or modify game outcomes.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension or removal at any time during an event at no1ji's discretion or upon instruction from its data and trading providers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the no1ji platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or sports betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or system errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, including coordinated chip-dumping in poker or live dealer games.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or using the platform for the purposes of money laundering or terrorism financing.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a genuine deposit transaction through your payment provider.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening no1ji staff or other Players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account or Account credentials to any third party.

All content, materials, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, game graphics, audiovisual assets, text, databases, and underlying technology on the no1ji platform are the exclusive property of no1ji and its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the no1ji platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any no1ji content without express written consent.
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction tools on the no1ji website.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the no1ji website on any third-party site without authorisation.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice on any no1ji content.

Any unauthorised use of no1ji intellectual property may give rise to legal claims under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293) and applicable international law.

no1ji collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

no1ji complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data is shared only as necessary for payment processing, identity verification, regulatory reporting, and fraud prevention — all of which are required to operate a licensed gaming platform.

no1ji is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in line with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements and broader public health obligations. Gambling on the no1ji platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment for eligible adults aged 21 and above.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their Account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play.

no1ji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the cause of action and even if no1ji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

no1ji does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect Platform availability from time to time. no1ji will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

no1ji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, no1ji will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without individual notice.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the no1ji platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting no1ji support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be referred to no1ji's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, whose jurisdiction both parties irrevocably submit to for the purposes of these Terms.

Players who believe they have a dispute with no1ji relating to regulatory compliance may also escalate their concern to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory complaint channels. no1ji cooperates fully with all PAGCOR compliance and dispute resolution processes.
